Fall has finally hit here! So bring on all the soups, baking and cooking shows! This easy chicken noodle soup is a great big batch meal and took no time at all. I even made so much that I fed half of my neighbors. It also has about 6 cups of veggies and is easy to adjust to all dietary needs. Except Keto probably but maybe you could get creative.
To make it Gluten Free, use Gluten free egg noodles.
To make it vegetarian, use vegetable stock or broth and omit the chicken.
To make it high protein, add more chicken.
