FACT! Charcuterie boards are intimate.
FICTION! : Charcuterie Boards are too fancy and complicated to put together.

How to create a Romantic charcuterie board!
1 || Start with a clean slate and all the vessels / dishes you might want to use.
2 || Start by adding your biggest or show stopper item to the board first. In this case we did the heart shaped bowl with the anitpasto.
3 || Next, add your bigger block of cheese.
4 || After that, take your crackers and put near or around the cheese to create a dry barrier.
5 || Then take your fruit or sliced of blood oranges and lay them out on the board where it won’t make things too soggy.
6 || Next, take your almonds and slices of cheese and fill in an area or two with them.
7 || Lastly add your apricot jam or some kind of garnish in a small leftover spot near the crackers.
And you are done! Enjoy it at the next girls night, book club, at home date night or Valentine’s Day celebration with just the two of you.
