Okay so I’m not a web designer but it is a start! The blog is functional but it could use a little more lovin’ and my website still needs to be updated with pictures and other things. I’m trying to stay positive and remind my OCD-Type A personality to chill and just enjoy the ride. I’m putting together my own website so there is a HUGE learning curve. But the excitement over blogging again is unreal! I have missed it and I just didn’t realize how much until I started in on this post. So thanks for visiting, thanks for following. I am still amazed that people actually want to follow and take advice from little ol’ me and it is humbling every-time I get too wrapped up in numbers. So thanks!
Now! On to the good stuff!
Am I a food blogger??? Absolutely not. No way. Not even close. But I do like to share some good finds occasionally. Or whenever the planets align and I have created something original, you better bet y’all will be hearing about it. I never understand those people who are stingy with recipes. 90% of the time I bet it isn’t even theirs to begin with. Sorry, anyway…about the recipe. I think my Mother-In-Law came across it like 8 years ago in a “science backed baking magazine”. You know those ones you can subscribe to and they give you all the reasons why you do things a certain way and how to get the best possible outcome. Its basically a novel for every. single. recipe. But, this one was definitely exceptional. I wish I could remember where it came from so I could give them credit. But alas, I cannot.
They are slightly crunchy on the outside, chewy in the middle, dense and have amazing flavor.
Basically the best cookies ever!
