$225 For 90 Min
Let’s spice up your space in 90 min! Whether you are are right down the street or hundreds of miles away, I offer 90 min consultations that allows us to address any and all design questions, pain points and concerns. We can meet in person for some design magic on-site, or hop on Zoom for a virtual date to dish out ideas, tips and help you move forward more confidently in your project. It is the quickest way to give your space the love it deserves and allows you to get the trained eyes of a designer (ME!) on your decisions quickly.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
$125 per hour
Picture this : your dream design project, but without the stress. That’s where I come in! As your design project BFF, I handle all the nitty gritty details. From ordering those oh-so-essential samples to chatting it up with pros on site, I’ve got you covered. We’ll make design decisions together and I’ll communicate those final selections to the team. Communication is the key to a successful Home Build or Renovation so meet ups on site with your builder and subs is a good way to make sure all are on the same page. It’s like having your bestie manage your dream and makes the process, dare I say, enjoyable.
-Ordering samples, ordering final approved selections, regular on-site syncs with builder, weekly updates on the overall health of the project, timeline management, etc.
This can is billed a couple ways. You can purchase a retainer of hours (minimum of 5 hours) or be billed every 8 hours (at $125 hour). NO one like surprises and I am very passionate about transparency on cost and making sure you know where time is being spent.

No hidden fees or unknown costs. With mood boards, layouts and spec sheets that practically order themselves, you’ll have everything you need to create your dream space. Plus, I’m just a chat or text away with a built in 30 min of support time for all your design dilemmas, per space.
The process takes 2-3weeks. Everything is done via email & Zoom. Pricing is per room. Once the design is finished we hand everything over and it’s up to you to implement the design.
INCLUDED : mood board – layout of room – spec sheets for ordering – detailed design instructions for exectuging your design – renderings or mock ups – 2 rounds of revisions – 30 min of support time (facetime, zoom, phone calls, texts, etc.)
NOT INCLUDED : ordering/receiving – project management – installation – additional rounds of revisions – communication with builder or subs – ordering samples – on site visits (See Project Management above for these services)
